Teensy 4 IP Bus Clock

I'm trying to determine the frequency of the "IP bus clock" and whether it's scalable. IntervalTimer code suggests it's 24Mhz. I've searched through the processor reference manual and forums and find a lot of references to modules being clocked by the IP bus clock, but no direct discussion of the details of the bus clock. Thanks.
