I was reviewing some notes on the Teensy 2.0, and I saw that it's recommended that when running off of 3.3V, the CPU frequency should be set to 8MHz. Could anyone explain the ramifications of leaving the frequency at 16MHz? Also I saw the note about USB functionality at different voltage ranges.

What does it mean when it says there's no USB operation below 3.4V? Thanks.
