In Teensy, Instead of uploading the code(Arduino ide software) through serial connection ,Is it possible to upload the programming code to sd card to run?

Again: It is not a serial connection (well ok USB is serial too, but it's not the slow serial what you mean - unlike many other boards)
It is not possible to run code from SD.
The teensy loader is not part of the IDE. It's an own executable. Then, a CLI loader exists which can upload from commandline/shell. As far as I know, both can run on Raspberry PI. But you're planning to use Ethernet, you said,, so that is not needed and you can connect it to your Windows/Mac/Linux PC.
