A newbie question teensy 3.1 and EFI lock

I'm trying to set up the teensy on a Windows PC the sketch is not showing anything on the imac lock screen though the lite is flashing,error is "keyboard_modifier_keys was not declared in this scope" am I using the wrong sketch?should it be the Os sketch and not the Windows?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Where did you get a Teensy 3.1? Its not sold anymore.
