I am converting a double clutch gearbox controller and have some trouble with controlling the shift mechanism.
The gear shift is done with two hydraulic cylinders with are connected togeteher.
In mid position the gear is in neutral and in one end its gear1 and in other end gear 3 to get the 1 and 3 gear is no problem I get pressure at the cylinders with solenoids with PWM but to get it stay in the middle position is hard I put a short period with pressure but some times it goes to the other end. There is a feedback of the position with a analog hall sensor so I get the position.
Any one that have some good ideas?
