I am a new Teensy 3.6 user, running it successfully with an octo 2811 to run addressable LED's on a spin cabinet. When I shut down the PC, the teensy continues with the slow "double-flash", I guess it could be called. I've went as far as disabling the fast load option in the windows power options, but don't see any other options related. I'm running a ASRock Z97 Extreme4 motherboard.

Maybe you've set in the UEFI: USB Keyboard/Remote Power On to "enabled" to allow the system to be waked up by an USB keyboard or remote controller.
