Teensy 4.1 - do I need other board with 2 cores to solve my problem?

I don't really care how it's done. I didn't know that these two functions would write data to the entire port at once. I thought that they would only write to one pin at a time. So I'm thinking, what other useful functions don't I know about? Is there a document that tells me how to use digitalWrite() and digitalWriteFast() with the Teensy 4.1?

Is there a document that tells me about the existence of other functions unique to the Teensy 4.1 and how to use them?

I see now that the manual lists "functions", but I didn't realize that these are actually implemented in the Teensyduino C compiler.
