SD Initialization Failed

Hi guys,
Super basic question so hopefully there is a basic answer as well. I have connected my Teensy 4.0 and audio shield and am trying to get the SD card running. I have 0 external hardware and am simply running the ReadWrite example from the SD library but every time I do, the initialization fails. I've tested all the pin connections between the Teensy and audio shield and everything is fine and I have not edited the example software at all. I am using a 16 GB SanDisk microSD. Any ideas or thoughts?

I changed the chipSelect to 10 and formatted the microSD correctly as well.

in the ReadWrite example, you need to ignore about uncommenting SCK MOSI for audio shield. For T4.0 and Rev D audio shield you need to use standard SPI pins (10-13). maybe post your sketch.
