Questions on signals with Dual Audio Adapters want to add I2C LED

Hello,

Is there a resource or documentation to help with what changes with a second Audio board is modified and connected to a T4 (I am pretty sure pin 15/Analog 1 gets used for some board to board communication as I found that in a blog entry and that change got my system to work. I am unsure about adding a screen and having issues wondering if I am stepping on another signal or something
