Does the Teensy 4.1 handle the PSRAM refresh time?

I think the P means it's actually DRAM and so it needs to be refreshed. If this is true, what happens if I try to access data during this refresh time?

    Thanks.

The DRAM refresh is all done internally and automatically inside the chip.

Teensy doesn't do any refresh, and couldn't do it even if we wanted, because the PSRAM chip doesn't provide any commands or other mechanisms to control the internal refresh. It's all automatic inside the chip.

Looks like it refreshes in the short intervals where CE# is high between operations. If so, then nothing to worry about.
