Teensy 4.1 JTAG

Can I connect a JTAG unit to a Teensy 4.1? I do not want to use the Arduino tools and I want to be able to use the flash and debug features of the JTAG unit (Segger). The schematic gives no indication. My soldering skills are negligible because of my eyesight - I have permanent burns on both thumbs.
