It seems that between the arduino installer and the teensyduino installer, two copies of the CapacitiveTouch library end up installed on OSX Catalina. Deleting the version in ~/Documents/Arduino/Libraries resolves the conflict, but maybe something about the installer could be improved to avoid this.
