Hello all,

I recently decided to take on an ambitious project of building my own e-Scooter from scratch. I've settled on various parts for the motor, motor driver, and battery system, but I'm still not sure about what MCU to use. I was thinking of using a Teensy 4 for my MCU, because it's very fast, has all the pins I need, and I'm really familiar with programming it in Arduino. But, I do recognize that I'm trying to develop a motor control system, which obviously relies on strict real time controls and processing. Would a Teensy 4 be a good choice for this kind of project? Or should I stick to more control-oriented MCUs like the TI TMS320F28004x series?
