Hello,

While soldering headers for the central 24-33 pins on the teensy 4.0 backside, I messed up and accidentally removed 2 capacitors near 25/27. The teensy does not boot since.

Do I have a slight chance to save my teensy if i manage to replace the capacitors ? If this is the case then, where can I find the right capacitors values ? I found on the website the schematic of the board, but no correspondance between schematic and PCB.

One user did replace a lost cap - and on the thread Paul posted the association of the parts - it has been months ... not sure if that got linked anywhere more easily found though.

Thanks for your reply.

You're right, I found some threads on the topic (but no complete association though)

No complete associations, but based on the last one I assume the caps I need are 0.22 uF. I'll try a precision surgery, maybe it will work !

Those are the NVCC_PLL capacitors.

Yes. Assuming this is the only damage, I'd say odds are pretty good if you manage to get 2 similar capacitors soldered. They probably don't need to be exactly the same values. 0.1uF and 2.2uF or maybe even only 1uF would probably work. It might even work without the larger capacitor.
