When using Teensy 4.0 board (fresh from ESD bag, no other connection than USB to MAC) the standard blink program works fine. However attempting to upload any code results in "No Teesny boards were found on any USB ports of your computer". Pushing program button causes small red LED to go on and stay on with no apparent action. Disconnecting and reconnecting to USB and the blink program starts up.

When looking at the Tools section I see

USB Type "Serial"
Board "Teensy 4.0"
Ports "/dev/cu/Bluetooth-Incoming-Port (and Serial Port is greyed out".

I'm using Arduino 1.8.13 with Teensyduino 1.53 on a Mac running Catalina 10.15.5

I've tried rebooting mac multiple times, plugging in and out USB connection, and many combinations of above with the programming button depressed to no avail.

I've also tried additional Teensy 4.0 fresh out of bag with no results.

I've also gone back and tried to use my Teensy 3.6 and that works just fine with it showing up in the serial ports and it programs just fine.

Any ideas here? Thanks in advance.
