Audio Adaptor Shield REVD Kicad Symbol and Footrpint

Hi everyone,

I spent some time making a REVD audio adapter footprint and symbol for kicad.

I'm still pending boards made with them, but I have done a printer test and everything seems good. Let me know if you see anything that seems off and I'll make changes and re-upload here
