Interest in motherboard with power/CAN/RS485/IMU/Analog IN/Encoder/...

Hello,

I'm developing a motherboard for Teensy 4.0 that will serve as head unit for an EFIS/Autopilot

With a 10x10cm footprint it will include:
2A Switching power supply 5-35V in
CAN
RS485
DF13 connectors for UART/I2C/SPI
Headers for 4D Systems GEN4 display (direct plug to the 4D adapter, with 1A 5V power for superbright displays)
Protected analog entries for measuring 12V in, backup 12V, 0-5V in
Rotating encoder with button
External button input (connect to ground, optocoupled)
MPU-6050 IMU

I was wondering if this could be of any interest to other people, maybe with slight modifications, as a head unit used in 12V environments. Could replace a CAN/RS485/RS32 daughter board + a power supply from 12/24V bus.

Will later do the same for Teensy LC (already did for Teensy 3.6) with plenty of protected analog inputs 0-5V, 0-12V, 10-322Ohm, Thermocouple, to serve as engine acquisition motherboard (CAN or RS485 to head unit, RS485 in case of Teensy LC to save a Can module).

Tell me if it would make sense to mutualise some needs.

Kind regards,

Francois
