Update teensy cores on Teensyduino

Hi,
I would like to know if, to update to the latest fixes the teensy cores in Teensyduino 1.53, is sufficient to overwrite the "hardware/teensy/avr/cores" folder (inside Teensyduino) with the download of "https://github.com/PaulStoffregen/cores".
