Effects from noise - 4.1 vs. 3.6 vs 3.5

We have been using the 3.5 for a couple of years on a UAS high rate sensor application, due to it's higher tolerance for noise. All sensors are 3.3V level. Attempts to substitute the 3.6 have failed, we believe to be related to noise in the system. Information out there is that this a common issue with the 3.6. We also believe the 3.5 to have fallen My question for those out there: how robust is the 4.1 compared to the 3.5 and 3.6? Are there any buffers/isolators/others that folks have implemented to mitigate these issues?
