How to connect this SPI display?

Hello everybody,

I was looking for a color display to integrate into a project that I am developing with the teensy 4.1. It must be readable under direct sunlight and low power consumption. I found THIS reflective display with SPI interface that seems to be perfect. The problem is that it doesn't have a breakout board and I have no idea how to connect it to the teensy, I am a software developer with little experience in electronics. Soldering the FPC connector on my board is not a problem, I know there are many other displays like this Adafruit SHARP Memory Display but it is monochrome and doesn't have a backlight.

The display datasheet is available here. Power supply voltage is 3V so as per my understanding if I connect it to the 3.3V I don't need to add a logic level converter is that correct? Also, on page 4 there is an external circuit example (please find the attached image), the question is: do I only need those 3 capacitors to connect the display to the teensy or do I need a different circuit?

Thanks in advance!
