I try to use the Teensy LC as a simple MIDI (5 pin DIN) to USB interface. I plan on integrating this functionality into my wokring MIDI CC controller by using Pieter's library: https://github.com/tttapa/Control-Surface
I completed the circuit, but honestly at this point I'm not even sure if my circuit works. I am a complete beginner when it comes to electronics as well as coding, I do a lot via trial and error, so I wonder if someone could share a little sketch that helps me to proof if my circuit works.
A sketch that reliably prints the MIDI data received at RX1 to the serial monitor would be great, so I just can rule out if the error is in the circuit or in the code.
