I have a blown DP83825 (shorted ground to one of the TX/RX pins). That pesky ground pin is hard to get at and takes a ton of heat.
I have 2 options, replace the chip or replace the T4.1. The T4.1 is pin soldered to my PCB, 60 pins in total.Lead free solder, Alloy: Sn96.5/Ag3.0/Cu0.5 Melting Point: 217-220C (423-428F)
The chip is showing 52 week leadtime. Even if I had one (pull from another PCB), I've never reworked a WQFN.
Is there any chance of pulling the T4.1 off my PCB?
What tools do I need to do this? I have a hot plate and a Hako.
