Unable to successfully run DHCPAddress Printer using Teensy 3.5 and a W550io header

Hello,

I have a Teensy 3.5 hooked up with a W550io ethernet shield. I am trying to retrieve my Teensy's IP address by running the DHCPAddressPrinter.ino example file under the 'Ethernet' category.

I am receiving a 'Failed to configure Ethernet using DHCP' error.

Attached is my circuit. Do y'all have any ideas by chance?
