I just received this below from BitDefender. Running Teensyduino 1.54b11

The file C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\hardware\teensy\avr\libraries\Audio\extras\wav2sketch\wav2sketch.exe is infected with Gen:Variant.Fugrafa.106157 and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean.

I think it's a false positive. I use Kaspersky and ran it on the entire 1.8.15 + 1.54b11 installation and it found nothing.
YMMV.

The original file has these checksums.

Code:
sha512: 10c543a1462f5638361e1df8f0a3cc9b7bd1dd9d024797566a1126d9e93360ded5352874e7e9319486930ed95045a1ca72b4a0f5fa30befdc693f34054647ad6
sha256: 622197592649c5229c4bc1c222d125a86b426405f755c60acd0f49bd9ce91e84
sha1: 283b1b98b8cbcb0256541fe3f2f06e2b55547837
md5: f6383055746633683b9f08a8cdefd73a

If you have a program which can compute any of these, you can check whether the file has been modified from its original data.

My hunch is its probably not altered. False positives are a sad reality of anti-virus software.

The only way I was/am able to install Teensyduino is to uninstall/delete teensyduino, uninstall BitDefender. Re-install Arduino and Teensyduino then BitDefender.
Oh what a pain and I have 18months of paid BitDefender to go.
