USB Audio questions

Hi,

before I spend hours looking at the code and trying things....

What is the best way to

a) Disable AudioOutputUSB: I want to do that at runtime. The PC should detect the coming/going USB and switch to the pc-inbuilt sound. How could that be done on Teensy? (PC switches automatically)
b) Disable AudioInputUSB

Thanks for hints, code, or just Ideas...

edit: ps: it would be ok to restart the teensy if there is no other way..
