Reset PIN on the Teensy LC

Is it correct that the reset pin on the Teensy LC is not easily accessible? I was planning to connect a voltage supervisor IC to the reset pin and delay the startup of the Teensy.

Yes, Teensy LC card here shows no exposed Reset point
