No, definitely not. The 3.5mm jack on the audio shield is an output. You can't use it as an input, for a mic or any other type of signal. It's strictly an output.
You might be able to use it with the mic input, which is 2 small pads on the left side. I'm not familiar with that particular mic and I don't see any datasheet or tech specs on the Amazon page, so difficult to say if it will work with the audio shield's mic input, which gives a small DC bias to power the mic.
