GUI builder with file transfer

I would like to find a PC GUI builder with bidirectional file transfer to work with my Teesny 4.1 can logger that I have built and written code for.

Everything is configured form the DBC file directly including MB filter set up, signal calculation and so on.

I would like to have a GUI to be able to monitor the logger status and be able to upload the DBC files and download the data files.

Any ideas?

I looked at Megunolink but it does not handle file transfer.

I was even willing to pay for the builder but no file transfer.

Any other ideas?
