Teensy 4.1 IO Pin 24 Turns On During Bootloader

I have 2x Teensy 4.1 with the same issue. When the Teensy Loader program runs (tested with both versions 1.53 and 1.55) the bootloader, pin 24 turns on (with nothing other than a multimeter lead connected to the pin). I tried adding an external pulldown resistor incase the pin was just floating; but, it appears pin 24 is actually turning on. Is this normal operation? If so, where can I find it documented?

That's how it is. I think I read that some time ago on the NXP forum. If I remember correctly it's not only this pin (if not all). I think they recommended pulldowns to fix possible issues.
    Sorry, have no link.
