Controlling the ethernet LED (Teensy 4.1 ethernet)

Is there a way to control the green LED on the ethernet jack (Teensy ethernet kit)?

The LED is causing a slight current spike that affects the accuracy of my PCB (which is measuring down to microvolts).

I know I could introduce a filter or probably just place a cap over the LED to reduce the effect of this, but for reasons of the fact the magjack is directly on my own PCB (rather than using the breakout board shipped with the ethernet kit), and the fact I've already had a board made up and I don't want to butcher it as it has to be presentable, I'm just checking here first.

On a separate prototype I have tested this is indeed the cause of my problem by cutting the trace to the LED pin on the jack, and the problem goes away.

Thanks
