    Interactive Web Server

Hi, I am new to the teensy, don't have one yet. I have built a device, currently using an Uno, which interfaces to a Windows program written in PureBasic. I would like to implement it as a stand-alone device which has a web server that can interact with the user. Is there a library for the Teensy that will do that? I would prefer to use the Arduino IDE if possible. If not, is there another free IDE which will do what I want?
