Has anybody already accessed the nonvolantile storage of the teensy 4?
In my understanding there are some bytes of general purpose persistent memory available that keep their value even when the chip is powered down.
I have a CR2032 battery already attached and would like to use this memory for storing project specific persistent data.
In Section 9.7.2.1 Table Table 9-43 I read:
Table 9-43. Valid DCD address ranges
Address range Start address Last address
IOMUX Control SNVS GPR(IOMUXC_SNVS_GPR)registers 0x400A_4000 0x400A_7FFF
I think this means at address 0x400A_4000 there are 16kB of "general purpose secure non volantile storage". More than enough for me.
Do you know how to access this memory? Is there a library?
It must have something to do with the "Write data command" described in section 9.7.2.1.
Also I see no "Read data command", just "Check data command"
Please tell me how this can be done, and an example would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Johannes
