hi everyone, i'm just a beginner with electronics, but i'm trying to make a design for a visual metronome connected to the click midi output of my daw.
I found the basic project already done and it works well by flashing the teensy led (PIN13).
I would like to modify it to make it flash high brightness LEDs.
I modified the sketch to make PIN17 flash and connected the LEDs to the VIN it seems to work correctly, now I have some doubts that I would like to clarify:
1 - is the wiring diagram correct?
2 - how many mA max can the VIN output manage?
the teensy is powered only by the USB of the PC
SCHEMATIC
(TEENSY LC)
VIN
'---220Ohm Resistor----LED (3,3V 280mA)---GND
'---220Ohm Resistor----LED (3,3V 280mA)---GND
'---220Ohm Resistor----LED (3,3V 280mA)---GND
