Purchased a new Teensy 4.1, not sure if it's faulty

I'm new to playing around with Teensy's and I just picked up my first Teensy 4.1 from Amazon. I noticed that it looks like one of the chips is missing from it, I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like this so I thought to make a post on the forums. I didn't want to risk plugging it into my laptop and trying it in case it was faulty but I've attached a photo to this post. There are solder pads for a chip that's not there but when I look at pictures of the Teensy 4.1 online they all seem to include that chip. I'm mainly wondering what that chip is, if it's okay that my teensy doesn't have it, or if I should return it for a replacement.

That's the version of Teensy 4.1 without ethernet.

Correct, does that chip have something to do with Ethernet and is it perfectly fine to use without it?

Does the Amazon product info say it is the version without ethernet?

Does your Amazon purchase history say which Amazon seller shipped this?

Yes, works exactly the same as normal Teensy 4.1, except for ethernet.

Of course you can still connect a Wiznet-based ethernet add-on to the SPI port, if you really want ethernet.
