Trace Length difference for memory and MKL02 chip

Hi, im making a custom teensy 4.0 pcb and I'm wondering how much wiggle room I have trace length wise with data lines of the memory and the MKL02 that connect to the MIMXRT106 chip. Is there an equation I could use to figure this out?

Traces between MKL02 and RT1062 aren't length critical, as the signals are fairly low speed (only a few MHz).

But traces between RT1062 and flash memory are high speed signals. Match their lengths closely, and try to keep them fairly short.

Thank you! For the memory, would a 0.01mm difference be too much?

No, because even the solder flow on a pad varies the conductor length much more than that (0.1mm, mostly because the pad is not exactly flat, or always form exactly same fillet shape).

Within a few mm is probably fine.
