Teensy 3.5 low voltage

I am using a teensy 3.5 and suddenly the HIGH voltage on the digital pins as well as the analog out voltage dropped from 3.3V to approximately 1.9V. What could have happened here? Is there a way to fix that or is it a hardware issue?

Probably the onboard 3V3 regulator is overloaded and thus in current-limiting mode. You can measure the 3V3 pin to see what voltage is present there.
Are you measuring on a bare Teensy or are any peripherals connected? If so, can you remove the peripherals and check again?
