3.6 USB MIDI host to 5 pin adapter

Hey folks, I have a teensy 3.6 board and a couple panel mount 5 pin DINs. I would like to build an adapter that will take MIDI over USB messages from my teensy based synths (USB midi only) to my korg ms 20 (MIDI 5 pin DIN). I suspect this project has been done before, anyone have some source code they are willing to share? I found some raspberry PI examples online but rather not go that route if I dont have to.

I have done what I believe that you are asking about using the T4.x as described in p#2 <this thread> . . . see if that helps. If not, feel free to ask more questions.
