Powering another microcontroller (Seeed Studio XIAO nRF52840 Sense) with Teensy 4.1

Hi there,

I have a project I'm working on that requires two microcontrollers:

1. Teensy 4.1, whose USB Host is used as well as its USB Keyboard functionality (it's an in-between between a keyboard and a computer)
2. A Seeed Studio XIAO nRF52840 Sense, used for its microphone

And I'm wondering: can I power the Seeed microcontroller from the Teensy? On its pinout, the Seeed takes 5v at 200mA in. I know the USB Host has a 5v out, but I need that for the keyboard I'm plugging into it.

If it's not clear already, I'm a novice when it comes to electrical engineering, so perhaps there's an obvious answer, but I can't find it!
