Teensy 4.1
I notice the Teensy 4.1 uses a MIMXRT1062. I have a custom board on my desk with no firmware yet that has a MIMXRT1064. Does Teensy put some sort of bootloader in protected memory? What are the chances I could use that to at least test some peripherals of the custom board? The firmware team is struggling to get even some lights to blink using the Eclipse IDE... Thanks.

Pretty much zero chance. Teensy 4.x bootloader does not work with RT1064.
Not the answer you wanted, but hopefully can save you a lot of frustration in trying something which can't work.
