What are these dots on the Teensy 4.1 Board?

Hi,

When soldering the pin headers into the Teensy 4.1, some solder got onto the spots marked in the picture below. What are these spots for? Is it problematic to have some solder there?

They look like Fiducial marks. They are used by the pick and place machine as a referent point during assembly.
 
The other larger dots are the test points.

The 3 smaller dots are indeed "fiducial" marks used for precise alignment during manufacturing. They have no electrical connection, so no worries about getting some solder onto them.
