Maybe they need a driver?
Maybe Control panel setting?

That is what I would look at...

Maybe I will play around with it some later

Confirmed does nothing.

Looked at some hardware setup or something about touch screen, and it said something like there are not any installed screens capable of touch...

I looked around some and found web pageslike: https://www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmagic/hid-compliant-touch-screen-missing.html

I have not tried to do the regedit part...

Sorry not much help here. If it were me, and it was not actually for something attached over the screen, I would logically think of defining it as a tablet.
But I don't think we have one defined? I figured we probably have, but I have only played with it from the USBHost side.

I don't think there is/should be a driver needed.

In this thread from 2016 ( https://forum.pjrc.com/threads/32331-USB-HID-Touchscreen-support-needed ) I found two replies ( #13, #14 and #23 ) that confirm touch working without issues on Windows 10 (#14 explicitly confirms multi-touch as well). They used Teensy 3.2 and LC.
And - I don't remember in which thread tho... - I also read that someone kind of said "if you want touch on Windows, use Teensy LC"...
