Accurate 3.3V level

Hello,
I have a Teensy 4.0, and I thought that the 3.3V pin was "regulated", in the sense that the 3.3V signal was accurate, which does not seems to be the case as I have 3.4/3.5V on the 3.3V pin, and it is actually a problem for me as I'm using this signal as comparison reference
Is there a way to "calibrate" it ? Or to do something to lower it ?

How accurate is the device you are using to measure the voltage? Most everything in electronics has tolerances. Even the meter you are using to measure.

You can always use a resister voltage divider to lower a voltage.

I have 3.4/3.5V on the 3.3V pin

According to the datasheet, the TLV75733 has an output accuracy of -+1%. Using a Fluke 111 multimeter, I just measured two Teensy 4.0's: 3.299V & 3.320V. So within spec.
Is your meter OK?
