I tried uploading a sketch, but Teensy Loader did not open.

With any of the OLED display programs, the LED normally blinks because pin 13 is used. Now when I power on the teensy the LED does not light up so I am assuming that it is fried.

I am running one of the display sketchs and they blink but I dont see any blink.

Is there any way to test if I have fried a Teensy?
