Teensy 3.6 dead? Polarity

Hello everyone. I'm using a teensy 3.6 in my project and have unfortunately installed it the wrong way round.

Pin 32 has therefore received 5V.

Can I still save the board? It seems that D1 is getting hot.

Does anyone have any ideas?
 
i would replace the diode and then see if that is enough and then the chip. it is more possible that the chip is broken, right?

does anyone know what kind of diode this is?
