Hey guys,

I have an LED audio visualizer that I completed a year ago using a Teensy board and the OctoWS2811 adapter. I am super happy with it. The problem is, it must be connected to my PC to work, since audio routes through the USB cable to the Teensy board. I want to do the same thing with my Android TV box (Nvidia Sheild). The problem with that is, unlike with my PC, it can only output audio to one of it's ports. I would like it to output to HDMI (audio+video) and USB (audio for my Teensy), but this is not possible. I could use an HDMI audio splitter, that will split the audio into an aux connection. However, no audio splitter is able to do the same for USB. My question is how can I play audio to my Teensy while still being able to use my OctoWS811 board?
