If you want to manually trigger the set series of actions then a physical button is probably the easiest way to do it. They can't detect something that's not on the computer.

If you want the PC running the game to trigger a set series of actions with a response time that is faster than a human could do it then that is the very definition of cheating. Why on earth would I want to help you ruin my gaming experience for the benefit of your own selfish egotism?
