ArduinoMenu Library custom/dynamic menus

The readme for the neu-rah ArduinoMenu library has the the following statement in the history for release 4.0.
  • Allow virtual/dynamic data custom menus
Does anyone know where I can find any more information on this feature, or any examples?
I have trawled thought the git commit logs to no avail.
 
Thanks for reminding me about that example. I had already looked at it could not work out what it actually did! I will go back to and rejig it for platformio.
