Teensy 4.1 CAN Bus bit rate

Hello All,

we are using FlexCAN_T4 lib for our project and it requires runtime change of Nominal and Data bit rate.

Our config could take values as

Nominal Bit Rate	Data Bit Rate	Clock Mhz	Sample	Prop Delay
125	2000
125	4000
125	5000
250	2000
250	4000
250	5000
500	2000
500	4000
500	5000
1000	2000
1000	4000
1000	5000

Can you please guide me to documentation on how to calculate the values
