Teensyduino 1.26 Beta #2 Available

Here is a second beta test for Teensyduino 1.26.

This is my first attempt to support Arduino 1.6.6. Linux & Windows seem to work well. Mac has issues (quite likely a bug in the new "arduino-builder" program).

Thanks! One minor issue: the Windows installer won't let me choose individual libraries. I can click All or None, but it will not let me check or uncheck any items. Clicking None, then clicking an item checks them all.

I tested serial handshake only (with your current github version):
- on T3.1, rts works.
- there isn't any code for LC, so i did not test it.
