FreqCounter or FreqMeasure libraries with nano, pro mini, or attiny85?

I want to make a quick project, where I need to measure the frequency rather precisely.. Unfortunately, all I have on hand are some attiny85's, a few 5v nano's, and a few 3.3v pro-mini's.

I want to copy over some previously used code so I don't reinvent my wheel too much; which pins should I use with the pro or nano?

-- as purely an academic question; can the libraries be used with an attiny85?

Thanks.

Same as Arduino Uno.

If those nanos or minis are Chinese clones, just for fun why don't you try asking the sellers this question. It's always amusing to see what they say, if they even try to answer.

No. ATtiny85 lacks the required 16 bit timer hardware.

thanks Paul! I always hate to assume; so thank you. (attiny85: d'uh! I clearly wasn't thinking that through) I appreciate your time to reply...
